Product overview
The Air Pressure Therapy System is a pneumatic compression (pressotherapy) unit that inflates and deflates multi-chamber garments around the limbs in sequence. It is used in physiotherapy clinics, lymphoedema and vascular services and, under guidance, in home care for patients with limb swelling or poor venous return.
The patient puts on the sleeve or boot garment, which is connected to the control unit; the chambers then fill from the far end of the limb toward the body and release, producing a wave-like massage that encourages fluid and venous return. Pressure and cycle settings are adjusted by the therapist to suit the patient. The system is intended for use under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

Pricing & quotations
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.
Ordering & payment
Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.
Delivery
Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country. Mains-powered equipment is supplied for the voltage and plug type stated on the quotation.
Returns & cancellations
- Equipment that arrives damaged or fails on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; we arrange replacement or credit.
- Unused equipment in sealed original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery; items that have been installed, sterilised or used on patients are not returnable except for defects.
- Consumables and single-use accessories are excluded once opened.
Warranty
This item carries the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months; the period that applies to this item is stated on your quotation or invoice. MedyMar manages warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty excludes consumables and wear parts, physical damage, liquid ingress, use outside the manufacturer's instructions and unauthorised repair.
