Medistom Ostomy Paste (SKU EHM-0683) can be ordered online for stock quantities, or quoted for bulk, tender and project supply.

1. Choose your option and quantity. Set the quantity you need; packs and cases are quoted as stated on the quotation.
2. Add to order. For stock quantities use Add to order and check out; prices are shown in OMR and the delivery estimate is confirmed at checkout.
3. Request a quote for bulk or tender supply. Use Request a quote with the SKU, quantity and delivery city or facility; we return firm unit pricing, lead time and the registration documents for this item within one working day.
4. Confirm and pay. Pay by bank transfer or card against the proforma invoice, or issue a purchase order quoting the quotation reference on an approved corporate account.
5. Delivery and documents. Your order ships with a delivery note and the lot, batch and country-of-origin record for this item; tracking is shared on dispatch and the delivery date follows our Shipping policy.

Before you order

• Confirm the stoma or flange diameter and whether you use a one-piece or two-piece system
• Tell us the pouch type required (closed or drainable, opaque or transparent) and compatibility with your existing base plates
• Ostomy items are supplied in full boxes; quote monthly volumes for recurring supply

These terms apply to the supply of Medistom Ostomy Paste (SKU EHM-0683), an ostomy care product supplied by MedyMar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. They supplement our store-wide Shipping and Returns policies.

Pricing & quotations

Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Applicable VAT, import duties and destination charges are confirmed on your quotation or at checkout for your delivery location. Quotations carry a reference number and a validity window; volume, tender and project pricing is available on request.

Ordering & payment

Online orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer or card before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed on an approved corporate account, which may order against a purchase order referencing the quotation number.

Delivery

Lead time and freight for this item are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation for Oman & the GCC, Rwanda and East Africa. CIF, EXW and DDP terms are quoted per destination and risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is responsible for any import permit or product registration required in the destination country.

Returns & cancellations

• Ostomy products are personal hygiene items and cannot be returned once the outer packaging has been opened.
• Unopened boxes may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery if the stoma size or coupling was mis-selected, subject to inspection.
• Report damaged, defective or short-shipped deliveries within 48 hours with photographs; we replace or credit at no cost.

Warranty

Consumables are covered against manufacturing defects and are supplied with the shelf life stated on the pack. No further warranty applies once a pack has been opened or used.

Use & regulatory

Stoma care products should be selected and fitted with the advice of a stoma care nurse or clinician. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first addressed with your MedyMar account manager; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
